From a seed,
everything grows.

Seed Global Design is a research-led product studio. We grow digital and physical products people actually need — grounded in evidence, designed for everyone, and built bilingually for the audiences others overlook.

Why Seed Global Design

Most studios stop at the screen. We start at the root.

Real products don't begin with a wireframe. They begin with a question — who is this for, what do they truly need, and what should exist in the world: on a screen, in a hand, or both.

Seed Global Design treats research, strategy, design, and development as one living system, not separate handoffs. We help mission-driven teams in government, fintech, healthcare, and beyond grow products that are useful, equitable, and built to last.

The approach

From seed to harvest — one continuous system of growth.

01 — Seed

Discover

We listen first. Interviews, field research, and usability testing — in English and Spanish — to find the real need beneath the request.

02 — Root

Strategy

Insight becomes direction: product strategy, information architecture, and service blueprints that can hold real weight.

03 — Sprout

Design

Ideas take shape — accessible, intuitive interfaces and physical concepts, from first wireframe to high fidelity.

04 — Grow

Build & make

Digital and physical alike: we work alongside engineers, makers, and manufacturers to bring the product to life.

05 — Harvest

Launch & iterate

We ship, measure, and keep growing — because a good product is a living thing, never truly finished.

Ways to work together

Start with an audit. Then choose how you grow.

Most engagements begin with a fixed-scope Growth Audit — then we go deeper on research, design, or full product development. See the full approach →

Growth Audit

A fixed-scope teardown of your site or product — usability, accessibility, conversion, and a prioritized roadmap. Low risk, clear next steps.

Listen

Research & Insights

User research, usability testing, and synthesis — including bilingual EN/ES studies — so you know what to build before you build it.

Shape

Design & Experience

End-to-end UX and UI for web and mobile, from wireframe to high fidelity — intuitive, accessible, and on-brand.

Grow

Product Development

The full journey, from strategy through launch, for digital and physical products alike. Our most holistic track.

"De la semilla,
todo crece."

From the seed, everything grows.

The Seed Global Design difference

Research in two languages. Insight without translation loss.

As a bilingual UX researcher for the federal government, our founder learned that the most underserved users are often the ones studies never reach. Conducting research natively in Spanish — not through a translator afterward — captures the nuance, trust, and truth that translation flattens.

  • Native English & Spanish moderation and synthesis
  • Equitable, accessible design for diverse communities
  • Government-grade rigor: accessibility & compliance at scale

Selected work

Products grown across sectors.

Natalie Bello

The founder

Hi, I'm Natalie — and Seed Global Design grew from a simple belief: good things start small.

I've been an entrepreneur and change catalyst since childhood — from helping my mother sell her fashion designs to founding an e-commerce platform for women affected by hair loss. Today I design human-centered solutions for the federal government, and I've led product design and UX research across fintech, healthcare, and cybersecurity.

Based in the Washington, DC area, I bring full-spectrum UX — research, strategy, and design — together with a deep commitment to equity, accessibility, and social impact. Seed Global Design is where all of that takes root.
